We've created a luxurious, calm and stylish space for you to retreat after a day at the beach, sporting events at Sunshine Coast Stadium or one of the many attractions the Sunshine Coast region has to offer. Slip on inside, throw on some coastal vibes, and enjoy your stay! The space Luxury modern 3 bedroom home close to the beach. Everything you need for a private beach getaway for up to 8 guests. Bedroom 1 and 2 each boast a king size bed and 2 x king single beds in bedroom number 3. Double sofa bed in the upstairs retreat. 2.5 bathrooms. Fully ducted air condtioning/heating, ceiling fans throughout, full laundry, double garage, large kitchen, wine fridge, al fresco outdoor space, multiple living areas. Close to many beaches, restaurants, cafes, Sunshine Coast Stadium, Sunshine Coast University Hospital, Sunshine Plaza, cinemas, supermarkets and amenities, Mooloolaba, Maroochydore. Hinterland just a short drive away. Guest access You will have full use of the entire property. Other things to note The Bach has a camera placed at the front door for security purposes. It does not view any other areas of the home, only the front door.

Yes. Messaging unlocks the moment you submit a booking request — no payment required. You can chat with the landlord throughout the request, approval, and payment process. The $350 service fee only becomes due once the landlord approves your booking.
Bank account (direct debit) is preferred with limited fees. Credit and debit cards are also accepted but incur processing fees. All payments are securely processed via Stripe.
You'll receive the exact property address and move-in instructions. The host coordinates key handover. Your security deposit is held safely and refunded after move-out, subject to any agreed deductions for damage or cleaning.
