They list and take their first booking
The owner creates an EzyFlats listing and their property gets its first confirmed booking.
We pay you $200
Once the tenant has been settled in for seven days, we pay your $200 referral reward.
The seven-day wait is deliberate — it’s how we know the move-in went smoothly before the reward is paid.

Yes. You earn $200 for every property owner you refer who qualifies — there’s no limit on the number of people you can refer, up to the annual cap described in our program terms.
Seven days after the referred owner’s tenant moves in, once the booking is confirmed and payment has been taken. This is a once-per-owner reward.

If the referred owner’s first booking is cancelled or doesn’t proceed, the reward isn’t paid until they have a booking that does.
