*Please note the building is a residential building and as such all neighbour's peace and quiet enjoyment must be respected. No parties will be permitted. Please also be mindful whilst walking through common areas. *Please note Glenelg is a bustling seaside suburb and can be a hive of activity, particularly in the warmer weather. Whilst we try very hard to ensure a peaceful environment, the apartment is still located within a complex where you may from time to time hear residents, opposite the beach where you may hear children playing and also in an area undergoing development as people build and renovate. We love Glenelg for this as it is one of Adelaide's best known suburbs to enjoy all the action.
