House rules
Sorry, no pets as property is unfenced and wildlife abounds (koalas, lizards). No guests. Absolutely no smoking, not even outside. Apart from the shared laundry downstairs, there is a storage area and some cupboards we may need access to, and a cellar we rarely use. Negotiated use of swimming pool in summer. Please note, limited but adequate kitchen facilities. You will need to be employed or a full time student and must have a car, as public transport and shops are not handy (and we are not keen on lots of deliveries to the house!). Sound carries and we ask that you keep music and noise to a respectful minimum, as will we, being upstairs.
